Pick a Google Pixel model and see the lowest current prices on eBay, the biggest used-phone market, with shipping, condition and seller rating side by side. Prices are pulled live, so what you see is what sellers are actually asking this minute.
Live from eBaySoftware support is the clock you are buying against. Google guarantees updates for a set number of years from each Pixel's launch, and newer models get far longer windows than older ones. Check how much update life a given model has left, because a phone that has run out of security updates is a poor buy however cheap. This is the single biggest factor in Pixel value.
Battery, screen and IMEI. Pixel batteries, like all phones, fade with age, so ask about battery health and whether it lasts a day. Inspect the OLED screen for cracks and burn-in, and test the excellent cameras that are the Pixel's main draw. Crucially, check the IMEI is clean (not blacklisted for being lost, stolen or on unpaid finance) using a free IMEI checker, and that the phone is not locked to a carrier unless you want that network.
Unlocked and reset. Confirm the phone has been factory reset and signed out of the previous owner's Google account, or anti-theft protection will lock you out. An unlocked handset works on any network and is worth more than a carrier-branded one.
Value. A Pixel one generation back with plenty of update life left offers flagship cameras for mid-range money.

Yes, mostly. Favour high-feedback sellers, prefer unlocked phones (avoid carrier-locked unless you need that carrier), check that the phone powers on and the screen works, and lean on eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
Usually 30-60% below new. Current flagships hold value longest; older generations drop sharply once new ones launch.
Total price with shipping, seller feedback and sales count, returns policy, carrier lock status, screen/back glass condition, and whether the box and charger are included. Real photos matter.
A daily snapshot of the lowest genuine eBay price for every model we track, and how good that price is right now versus its usual level, updated automatically. Prices last refreshed 1 August 2026 . Tap a model above for the full live list.
"Off retail" compares today's used price with what the model cost new. For models still on sale that is the current price; for discontinued ones it is the launch price, so it shows how far the model has depreciated rather than a discount you could get on a new one.
